By using DevBhojan, you agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and comply with the booking, payment, fulfilment, and communication rules shown during the user journey. Misuse, false submissions, or attempts to disrupt services may result in restricted access.
Bookings and payments
A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment capture and creation of the corresponding booking record. Timelines, temple approvals, vendor allocation, availability, and fulfilment windows may vary by location, package, and event date.
Fulfilment and proof
DevBhojan coordinates fulfilment workflows and may facilitate status updates, proof delivery, photos, videos, and digital certificates where supported. Proof timing may vary based on temple access, connectivity, vendor coordination, and operational conditions.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellations, refund eligibility, rescheduling windows, and non-refundable conditions are governed by the package rules, temple restrictions, and the cancellation policy available on the platform. Not every booking can be changed once preparation has begun.
Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, DevBhojan branding, platform content, workflows, creative assets, and service materials remain the property of DevBhojan or its licensors and may not be copied, republished, or misused without permission.
Policy updates
DevBhojan may revise operational rules, partner requirements, product flows, and policy terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when published on the platform, and continued use indicates acceptance of the current version.
